Safeguarding Statement – Three Sixty Alternative Provision

At Three Sixty Alternative Provision, safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. We are fully committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where all young people feel protected, valued, respected, and able to achieve their full potential.

We recognise that safeguarding is everyone's responsibility and we maintain a culture of vigilance to ensure the welfare of our students remains our highest priority. Through robust safeguarding procedures, staff training, clear policies, and strong partnerships with families and external agencies, we work proactively to identify, support, and protect children and young people from harm.

All staff at Three Sixty Alternative Provision are committed to promoting the physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing of every student. We encourage young people to speak openly about any concerns and ensure that they know who they can turn to for support.

If you have any safeguarding concerns or would like further information about our safeguarding procedures, please contact our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), Tori Hyman or our Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL), Andy Westcott.

At Three Sixty Alternative Provision, safeguarding is not just a policy—it is a fundamental part of our ethos and our commitment to the young people in our care

Creating a supportive environment

At Three Sixty Alternative Provision, we actively foster an environment where young people feel comfortable, listened to, and know that their well-being is always the top priority. We achieve this through regular one-to-one check-ins, an open-door policy for all students, and by promoting a culture of mutual respect and understanding among peers and staff. Our curriculum includes life skills and emotional development, empowering young people to recognise and articulate their feelings and seek help when needed. We are committed to building trust and ensuring that every student feels safe and supported to thrive.
